You know that moment when you're lost in a daydream picturing the life you know you're meant to have the business that flows, the success that feels effortless, the mornings where you wake up feeling free instead of stressed, that moment, right there, that's a frequency. For so long, I thought being on the frequency of success meant meditating on it, journaling about it, wishing for it, but I didn't realize that the moment I was daydreaming it was already happening and the problem was I kept snapping out of that. I kept returning to my old ways of thinking, doubting, overcomplicating. So today we're going to talk about how to stay in that frequency, how to stop treating your dream life like a fantasy and start living in the energy of it every single day until it has to show up in your reality.

I'm so, so happy that you're here and I'm excited for this conversation, which I want to have it be like a little riff.
Speaker 1:You know, I kind of sometimes get preachy because I get so passionate, but when this clicked for me, when I finally understood what a frequency was, it completely changed everything for me. And so it's funny because I used to overcomplicate what a frequency is, because we hear that term, you know the new age stuff, you hear the term all the time vibration, frequency, all that. And like I would go around and be like what is the frequency of $50,000 months? What is the frequency of this? And I'd ask these questions of like okay, but where is it? Because I am so much someone who loves to research and learn these things, and then I'm a good action taker and I follow directions, right. So I'm like you know, maybe you can identify this Like give me the playbook and I'll run the playbook, and it's like there is no universal playbook unless we'd all be billionaires. Same thing goes for frequency. So I used to think, like getting on the frequency of success, I used to overcomplicate it entirely, like I had to earn my way there by proving how hard I was working, or I had to deserve it in some way, or I had to know the secret sauce to the frequency that I wanted to be on.
Speaker 1:But the truth is you're already on the frequency you start imagining the scenario. So, for a $50,000 month for me is going to feel completely different than the $50,000 month for you, and that's where I got tripped up. So for me it would be flying first class everywhere, picking up and leaving on a Tuesday because we can come back on a Thursday or Friday the following week because we can. It would be a chef. It would be eating only the cleanest, yummiest farm sourced food. It would be slow mornings. It would be drinking my coffee hot and like drinking it and not chugging it. So like that, what right now?
Speaker 1:What I just explained to you is living on the frequency of that. Now that might equate to $50,000 months for me. Maybe that doesn't resonate with you at all. Maybe $50,000 month is you homeschooling your kids and having an awesome you know army lineup of nannies to support you, and having the new car and the new house and having a completely new wardrobe. It could be completely different than mine. So that's why, when I would look for the frequency of $50,000 months, there was no way to find it because I had to cultivate that myself. You have to cultivate that yourself.
Speaker 1:So, to put this even more simply, is it's the idea that gets you jazzed up, it's what you daydream about, and if you want to put a dollar amount to it, I never go for that. But if you want to and if you want to put a dollar amount to it, I never go for that. But if you want to have fun and go ahead and put a dollar amount. But instead it's the imagination part that is the frequency. So when you start to imagine and you start to have the daydream and the daydream that you keep having, that version of you who has it all that you're dreaming about, that is not some far off, maybe someday reality. That's the version of you already available right now. So that version of you who's living the things that you're imagining, that's available to you right now. And so that's the frequency.
Speaker 1:So how do you stay on that frequency? Your only job is to stay there long enough to where you're thinking. That way, if you are someone who likes to wear a beautiful outfit every day. You need to start wearing a beautiful outfit every day, whether you got the new wardrobe or not. If you're someone who looks put together every day, you need to start putting yourself together every day. Throw on the earrings, throw on the lipstick. If you're someone who wants a slow morning, wake up earlier and start giving yourself that slow morning. If you're someone who wants a slow morning, wake up earlier and start giving yourself that slow morning. If you're someone who wants to have greens, get delivered to her every morning in a beautiful wine glass. Start drinking greens in a wine glass now. Do you see what I mean? If you want to drink your coffee hot, start drinking it hot now. If you want that feeling, if you want that reality, you need to start acting as her now, because your dream, your daydream, is the portal into having that catch up into your 3D reality.
Speaker 1:All of a sudden, your external world will completely catch up. So why do we snap out of these daydreams? Well, most people, they mess this up, and I'm a part of this group. Like, I messed this up for a long, long time. You'll be feeling amazing, fully tapped into the vision, and then bam, self-doubt creeps in. Well, how will it happen? I keep trying and it hasn't happened yet. How will it happen? Or fear will creep in. What if it doesn't work? I keep trying and it hasn't worked yet or your old reality, which is what your 3D world is right now, will pull you back and you'll tell yourself you need to be more realistic, you need to stop dreaming, you need to tone it down a notch, take it down a step and, just like that, you exit the frequency. Just like that, you exit out of the daydream, your imagination shuts off and you go back to feeling your idle state, which is probably not where you want to be, hence why you daydream in the first place. Then you'll start making decisions from your current circumstances instead of your future ones.
Speaker 1:Right, so I just gave that explanation of a slow morning, and the reason why I actually brought that up and it's so easy for me to rattle off right now is because that was mine. I always imagined that I would be living a very slow morning. It's beautiful, it's peaceful, I'm listening to calming music serenity, that's the word that would come to mind and I drink my coffee hot, and I'd have my greens, and my house manager will show up at the house and it'll be so cohesive and beautiful and amazing and like what a dream. I started cultivating that myself. No one else did that for me but myself. And then, before I know it, my income started to tick up.
Speaker 1:Before I know it, I started feeling more peaceful, more calm, and I was matching the timelines. I was matching my daydream timeline with my 3D reality. And so, for me, what changed everything for me was I was realizing that when I stayed in the frequency long enough, things started to move fast because I started to pretend I was already there. Have you heard? Delulu is the solulu. That's it. Delusion is the solution. So for me, opportunities began to show up, clients began to reach out, past clients came out of the woodwork and were giving me referrals while signing up for me, and money started to flow in unexpectedly. This is because I finally aligned with what I had been calling in all along, which was that daydream fantasy that I just walked you through, by tapping into that frequency.
Speaker 1:So how does one stay in the frequency even when reality says otherwise? Because I know you're thinking this. I thought this and I work with several women one-on-one, who deal with this every single week. But like how, katie, but how I understand, but it hasn't caught up yet. I'm waiting for it to freaking catch up. Now I get it.
Speaker 1:So how do you actually stay in the energy of your daydream? Instead of snapping out of it, you start acting as her. You make decisions as her. I say this all the time to my clients the version of you who already hasn't isn't asking where it is. What is she doing? Money's not even on her mind because she lives in overflow. So what is she doing? How can you stretch yourself to think outside of money? What is she saying yes to? What is she saying no to? If you know where you want to be, that frequency, that timeline, begin to act accordingly. The next thing is don't even think about the how. Don't even think about the how your brain is going to try to logic its way to your goal. This is how we're wired. Don't let it. The how reveals itself after you commit to staying in the energy, and it'll shock you how it happens, like for me. I never in a million years would have thought, by slowing down, all my freaking dreams would come true. It's crazy.
Speaker 1:Step three is surround yourself with the right kind of people. You are the average of the five people you talk to and spend time with your environment. The people you talk to, the content you consume all of it impacts how long you stay in the frequency that you want, how long you stay in that daydream. If you're always around people who doubt and play small or family like, for example, you will feel yourself shrinking. It has to. It's the way it works. It takes a lot of energy to outweigh those, the negative thoughts and whoever's in that. 1% of tipping the scales in their favor. Is that you or is that them? Protect your energy at all costs.
Speaker 1:Step four is you can keep the momentum going. How many times do I say this? Momentum doesn't come. You create it, you cultivate it, you start it. You start the momentum, you're the momentum. Momentum doesn't just finally show up at your doorstep because you've been a good girl, you've been posting regularly, you've been doing your outreaches or whatever your business is. No, no, no. Momentum is created by you. So one of the biggest mistakes people make is feeling high vibe for a moment. Maybe they even did it for two minutes, and then they wait for proof before they stay there. So stay there first for as long as you can. How many reps, reps, reps, and then watch the proof show up.
Speaker 1:When you stay in the frequency, everything changes. When I stopped snapping out of the frequency that I wanted and I started living it like that little example I just gave you, everything changed. I feel like I always say that, but like I'm walking proof of this stuff, and so are my clients. So a little recap is my business 7X'd without me doing more when I slowed down and just started living in that frequency and showing up as her who lives there. What does she say yes to? What does she say no to? She is the momentum she calls the shots.
Speaker 1:I started to have clients come out of the woodwork. My business 7x without me doing more. I slowed down and my business grew by seven times. I started signing clients who respected my boundaries. I started then getting referrals from those clients who also respected my boundaries. I stopped second guessing myself and everything that I did and instead I just moved like everything works out for me, like I get to call the shots and I'm a co-creator here and life began to be fun, like it was literally fun, as if I was a kid.
Speaker 1:Again. I would skip around with my kids, have fun. Learn to shuffle, dance, plant plants, look like a damn fool, ride all these horses, because I wasn't constantly worried about the next step. I was following my passion, I was following what felt good, and that's literally what we're here to do. Everything else will fall into place if you can convince yourself of what I just said.
Speaker 1:And it's very hard to get to that point, to convincing yourself that slowing down and following joy and what I want to do is going to work Because you're going to tell yourself your ego is going to say you have obligations, you have responsibility, you have to keep a roof over your head, you need to keep food on the table, all these things that I used to fall. I used to succumb to the pressure that I put on myself and I actually changed that word pressure with the word pleasure and I was like, what if? I just started doing things that lit me up more. What if? Remember, we were playing with the what if game. I did an episode gosh, probably like a month ago, about playing with the what if question, and my clients know that very, very well. So this is what happens when you stop waiting for the proof and you start being the proof.
Speaker 1:The daydream, it's not a one day thing, it's your right now thing. Your only job is just to stay there. How can you live in that frequency? How can you get so familiar with what that feels like your day to day, what you do, how you live to, where you can do that now, cultivate that and start that now and then stay there Again. This shift changed my entire life, changed my entire business, relieved so much pressure from my household because my income and what it's bringing in for my family.
