Are you in control of what happens in your life? Or are you letting life happen to you?
This week, I am walking you through exactly how I set up my week.

I used to only look forward to Fridays and fumble through the rest of the days, but now, at the start of each week, I set intentions and choices around what matters most. Daily walks? Important to me. A play date wedged into a busy day? Not so much.

Today’s episode is inspired by something I do and I’m hoping this will be an episode you can refer to again and again.

It’s so easy to let life happen TO you. And before you know it you’re at the end of your week, feeling tired and unfulfilled. But today, I’ll walk you through how to take back your week. It will leave you feeling more aligned, more connected, and bring more joy and peace into your busy week. I promise, you have time to make an intention.

When we make intentions, we are telling our brain that something is important. How do you want your week to go? How do you want your week to FEEL? What is important to you this week? What can you let go?
