Let's talk about the blood. There's so much to say about it! Each one of us who experiences menstrual bleeding has a different relationship with our cycles. Listen in as Mama Sadio, Talibah Safiya, Niki Boyd and our special guest Amari Mouna talk about our monthly friend and teacher !
