Looking after babies and toddlers is EXHAUSTING! And it is definitely the way that we prioritize them (as we should) but we so often let our wellbeing drop to the bottom of the pile of things to do in our busy lives.

Supporting our nutrition is one of the biggest areas which we as parents dont support ourselves. Yet, it is crucial that we do prioritize ourselves and eat well so we as mothers
1) have the energy to feed our babies
2) energy to play with our children
3) do all the things in the home and for our children that we are required and want to do!
