EPISODE 31 - "Rhiannon was suicidal because her child hadn’t slept in 18 months"
This podcast episode is raw and real as Rhiannon (mother of River-Rose) shares the impact of 18 months of sleep deprivation. Her little one was waking 14 x a night and always needing support to get back to sleep. They were co sleeping which wasn’t inducing any more sleep. Her mental health was taking a diabolical turn, her relationship was suffering, her child wasn’t thriving emotionally or developmentally, and it all seemed impossible to resolve.
We talk about her prior experience working with a sleep consultant, how she found The Holistic Sleep Project differed, how the level of support was pivotal in the change she and her daughter needed and she shares River’s unbelievable sleep transformation!
She also talks about the role Georgina plays in ongoing support for her family as they navigate sleep into the future for River.
