3 year old's sleep can be challenging due to developmental stages especially the "push back" these little ones show around bedtime. They need connection with their parents, sleep during the day, good overnight sleep, good nutrition and support around their big emotions. They are also experiencing big changes in most cases such as: 


-new sibling arrival 

-transitioning into a big bed 

-dropping their day nap

-dropping the dummy

-starting kindergarten or childcare
