Austin Stahl has his BA in Spanish and MA in Teaching. After completing his Master's degree he began working for a start-up company (Nomadix) where he was introduced into everything that goes into starting a company. After working with the founders of this company and pursuing a career in teaching, Austin's passion for learning and professional development grew.  With his interest in learning what makes a company great, Austin started Designed to Grow podcast in an effort to speak with the founders and leaders of great companies and to learn how they accomplished all that they have done.
