I have always been interested in the "how" and "why" some people have been able to achieve amazing personal and professional success. After finishing my Master's degree in Teaching I wanted to pursue my curiosity further. With this podcast I am going to talk to and learn from the founders of companies and leaders in their own profession. We will discuss how they got started and what they had to learn to get to where they are today.The premise of this podcast is to show that everyone is capable of learning and that everyone is Designed to Grow.

Ryan Moore is a phenomenal science teacher and has been teaching science and leadership electives for the past three years. His passion for child development and his charismatic personality have set him up for significant leadership roles within his school.
