I have always been interested in the "how" and "why" some people have been able to achieve amazing personal and professional success. After finishing my Master's degree in Teaching I wanted to pursue my curiosity further. With this podcast I am going to talk to and learn from the founders of companies and leaders in their own profession. We will discuss how they got started and what they had to learn to get to where they are today.The premise of this podcast is to show that everyone is capable of learning and that everyone is Designed to Grow.

Joe is a professional when it comes to business and has dedicated his life to entrepreneurship. He started his first business when he was 14 years old cleaning vacant lots in San Bernardino. From his experience in construction to establishing one of the most popular restaurants in Orange County, Joe is a master when it comes to business development.
