Today we talk about the importance of finding safe, like minded communities while grieving and processing loss. If that community is other bereaved mommas then wonderful, but sometimes that can be hard to find. Finding's others who are all too familiar with grief and understand loss can be a great place to start. As we can sit with those experiencing other types of losses and share our stories and feelings. Those you understand grief and mourning should be a safe place and have listening ears and kind hearts. Often seeing outside yourself in your own grief joinery can be healing and good for the soul as well.
