Hi Sven, my husband and I have had a pretty tumultuous two years in our marriage. We both read your book and have been doing all of the journaling. I’m feeling stuck because while we are trying to work things out and move forward, the journaling is bringing out a lot of anger towards him and things that have been said and done. Do I keep journaling until I find clarity? It feels like I am feeling more of a push away from the relationship than towards it and it’s scary.
