Today we get to have a beautiful conversation with Anthony Abbagnano of Alchemy of Breath. We get to hear about everything from one of his first experiences with Divine connection and awakening through the breath as a child to the beginnings of Breathwork moving from a personal practice into a professional path.

What makes a powerful facilitator? How can I be of more service in the world? Am I able to authentically be with someone through all the facets of life and death? The challenge is to truly embrace the beauty of who we are, including the shadow aspects, the places within that often get avoided and ignored. When we hold ourselves with love and respect, we then have the foundation for serving others.

There are so many light-bulb moments in this conversation that illuminate ways we can understand ourselves, how we arrived to being who we are now, and how we can recreate ourselves with love.
