Box breathing is an incredible tool for regulating the nervous system. You do not need to have done any kind of breathwork before in order to benefit from this practice. And conversely, even the most experienced breathwork practitioner will find this breath practice to be a go-to again and again.
In this episode we describe box breathing and its benefits. The nervous system is not fixed, it's fluid and flexible. We can teach ourselves to be more resilient and less reactive to stress. And it's easy. The more we practice regulating the nervous system through box breathing, the more our resilience naturally strengthens.
