Hi friends! Welcome back to the show. This week I'm opening up about the struggles I've been dealing with - alone. I hope this episode reminds you that you don't have to struggle in silence and your struggles don't define you. Your struggles don't have to write the story of your life and they sure as hell don't have to be the "evidence". And it's totally okay to struggle, but we have to keep moving through and feeling through it so we can come out on the other side and not get stuck in the yuck.
