We have a chance to replace negative thoughts with positive ones on many occasions throughout our days. To remain positive in our thinking entails a constant presence of focusing on the good we see, while staying away from what could be better. It is vital to not only think in this fashion, but be aware that what we say will stay with us and potentially bring us down. By replacing more negative thinking with consistent positive thoughts, we can work on becoming more effective for ourselves and others each day.
