Welcome back to the Happily Hormonal Podcast. I am excited to do a more personal episode than I normally do today.

This one is not an episode filled with all the usual hormone tips and tricks but is going to be a  very honest recap of how 2022 went for me both personally and in my business, an update on what’s in the works, and I’m sharing what I'm focused on for 2023. Specifically, what I'm focused on creating more joy and peace and supporting my health and my hormones.

I want this episode to just be encouraging to you and to show you that even if you're in a season of stress, it is still possible to support your body. So, I invite you to listen and take away the things that are helpful and always remember that it's okay for things to be messy.

In this episode:

  • [03:35] Business Recap of 2022: starting the Nourish Your Hormones Course and the Happily Hormonal Podcast
  • [09:29] Personal Recap of 2022: my first year as a mom of 3
  • [15:02] Some of the things I'm focused on in 2023
  • [22:45] The benefits of consistently nourishing your body instead of going on diet plans
