Show Notes

Alli is a wife and mother of 5 boys and a rescued dog. She lives outside of Nashville, TN and just about every flat surface in her house is taken up with a book, athletic equipment, legos and a (quite possibly) a little dog hair.

Alli is the author of these books-

Breaking Busy: How to Find Peace and Purpose in a World of Crazy

Fierce Faith: A Woman's Guide to Fighting Fear, Wrestling Worry and Overcoming Anxiety.

The Year of Living Happy: Finding Contentment and Connection in a Crazy World

She is also a business coach and consultant for individuals, small businesses and Fortune 500 companies.

She loves speaking at conferences, business conferences, and women's retreats.

Alli is also the host of The Alli Worthington Show, a weekly podcast where she interviews someone she respects and wants to learn from, and then each episode has a hosted coaching time where Alli answers listeners questions about life, faith, and business.

Alli is also the co-founder and host of the Blissdom Conference. An annual women’s conference that helps women take their lives and their business to the next level. Blissdom focuses on four main tracks: Business + Entrepreneurship, Writing + Speaking, Podcasting, and Photography to Video.

Ten years ago, Allie and her family lost everything when her husband’s job came to a sudden and drastic end. That’s when she got very, very serious about figuring out how to create a business on the Internet and started her own online business.

Alli co-founded BlissDom and BlissDom Canada, the single largest international women’s small business conference in the world. She also co-founded and served as the CCO (Chief Creative Officer) of Blissful Media Group. And it all started when she founded the magazine for women, Blissfully Domestic.

Through these major events, Alli has helped thousands of men and women start successful businesses online.  She was a consultant and strategist who has worked with and advised Fortune 500 companies and small businesses, from tech companies to your favorite household brands.

Her book, Breaking Busy, has helped thousands of women break out of cycles of busyness and find purpose and happiness in this crazy world.

Fierce Faith: A Woman's Guide to Fighting Fear, Wrestling Worry, and Overcoming Anxiety launched January 2018.

Alli served as the founding COO for Propel Women from 2014-2018.

The Year of Living Happy: Finding Contentment and Connection in a Crazy World was released in October of 2018.
