The dictionary definition of chaos is "complete disorder and confusion." Isn't that what life feels like sometimes? Things don't fall into place, outcomes don't happen as expected, unknowns outweigh our certainties. And when you're a leader, you're not only responsible for mitigating the confusion and disorientation YOU must deal with in the face of chaos, it's up to you to also do that for those you lead. In this episode, host Jenni Catron journeys through the biblical story of Nehemiah and mines lessons all leaders can apply to the chaos we manage on behalf of our teams.

Jenni shares these 2 things that Nehemiah knew:

1)    Leadership means navigating complexity.

2)    Confusion always hinders momentum.

Sounds familiar, right? We've all encountered moments where these truths are all-too-real. But Jenni also leads us through what Nehemiah did in the face of chaos and how we can learn from him about leading through complexity. Be sure to listen for these valuable lessons.
