Tricia obtained her B.A in Business from University of Hartford in Hartford, CT.  Prior to joining BELAY, Tricia successfully lead teams in retail management. Tricia became BELAY’s very first employee and first virtual assistant. She has been an integral part of the team since the very beginning, growing to serve as Director, Vice President, President, COO, and now CEO. Along the way, she helped create the culture of service and the standards each virtual specialist carries out today.

Originally from New York, Tricia currently resides in Charlotte, NC, with her husband, two daughters and stepson. When she is not working, you’ll find her near water — pool, lake or beach.
