Noel’s love for justice runs in the family, her husband Patrick serves as a Circuit Court Judge in Virginia. Together, they live in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains with their two sons, Riley and Bentley, and one feisty — not-so-teacup — Chihuahua, named Thunder.
