109. Exodus 18 – Jethro and Moses
Jethro, Moses' father-in-law, visits him at Mount Sinai, bringing Moses' wife and sons. Moses testifies to all that the LORD has done, and Jethro sacrifices to the LORD. Moses judges the people all day, and Jethro tells him this is not good. He advises Moses to teach God's laws and appoint qualified judges over the people.
