She is an Assistant Professor at Colorado State University and the Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes and the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. She is the director of the Sleep and Metabolism Laboratory where her team is uncovering fascinating research on all things sleep. She is also one of the keynote speakers at the coaching event of the year - the Rocky Mountain Coaching Retreat & Symposium in Estes Park, Colorado this September.
