The traditional pattern in life is to hit the ground running when the alarm sounds in the morning, go full speed ahead all day with the possibility of a short break over the lunch hour, cap it off with a session at the gym, kids activities or errands before – if we’re lucky – crashing on the couch for a bit of mindless TV before crawling into bed and then starting the whole process over the next day.
