Special 300th episode features one of the original developers of Motivational Interviewing: Dr. Stephen Rollnick!!!
It’s hard to believe this is our 300th episode of a podcast we started in an attempt to bring a more evidence-based approach back to the world of health & wellness, a world that too often chases $$$ by leaning in on fads and headlines. Frankly, I was already feeling overwhelmed when we started, but Suzanna suggested just trying to release them as the schedule allowed and see where it goes. Thanks to you, your encouragement, you sharing the podcast with others to nudge this little project up just outside the top 1% of podcasts, we’ve released weekly episodes ever since day one, bringing us to today’s big #300.
Longtime listeners know we’ve been incredibly fortunate to have SO many amazing guests over the years, and we’ve made an extra effort to feature the best of the best on the big ones. #100 featured Drs. James and Janice Prochaska, creators of the Stages of Change model. #200 featured Dr. Bill Miller, who along with today’s special guest, Dr. Stephen Rollnick, developed Motivational Interviewing, which has changed- and continues to change - the world since it was first developed way back in 1983. We could not be more pleased than to have Dr. Rollnick join us on this special 300th episode.
