Braving the Way with Dr. Fletch is a retired mental health podcast hosted by Dr. Adrian Fletcher-human first, psychologist second. A trafficking survivor living with dissociative identity disorder (DID), Dr. Fletcher has spent nearly two decades in the mental health field as a clinician, consultant, speaker, educator, and writer.
This podcast was created to have honest, authentic, and brave conversations about trauma, healing, and mental health while also elevating the voices of others sharing their journeys. While no longer in active production, these episodes remain as a meaningful archive of hope, insight, and connection. Today, Dr. Fletcher consults with therapists and professionals worldwide on complex trauma and dissociation. She serves as a clinical educator with Leading Edge Seminars, The Zur Institute, The Arizona Trauma Institute and is completing postgraduate executive education in the Women’s Leadership Program with Yale School of Management. Her work has expanded beyond frontline advocacy into speaking, teaching, and consulting across diverse communities and professional spaces.
