Welcome to Braving the Way with Dr. Fletch, the Mental Health podcast! I am your host Dr. Adrian Fletcher, human first-psychologist second. I am a trafficking survivor with lived experience of dissociative identity disorder (DID) formerly known as Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD). I am also a consultant, speaker, educator, and writer. I have worked in the mental health field for close to two decades and I am here to serve the global community by having HONEST, AUTHENTIC and BRAVE conversations around all things Mental Health. The mission of the BRAVING THE WAY podcast is to bring hope, love, and inspiration to the world by braving the way with my lived and professional experience while also elevating the voices of others who wish to share their own mental health journeys with you.
