Welcome back! We are so excited that Season 2 of Braving the Way is here!! We have an amazing season lined up, with a deep dive into DID, including sharing more of my journey, as well as talking with other souls who are out publicly and how they are living and thriving. In this first solo episode, I cover a lot, so come with me as I catch you up on what me and the PARTs have been going through these last few months, and the massive changes that are underway, both professionally and personally.
Today, I'm giving you the inside look at how my life is starting to change and while there is a lot of unknown in front of me, I'm working to surrender, flow, and trust that all will unfold as it should. It's definitely been a whirlwind already in 2023, with changes in my private practice, launching new business endeavors, and traveling to Costa Rica for yoga, nourishment, adventure, and nature. Not to mention, just last week I gave the keynote address to An Infinite Mind conference in Florida and I/we are still processing the incredible weekend we had there.
Each day I become more and more passionate about breaking down the stigma surrounding DID and mental health. I can't wait to share this season, filled with other mental health warriors, in the pursuit of living well, sharing hope and inspiration, and recognizing the love story that is our lives, despite all odds.
I also want to mention that this first episode of season 2 opens and closes with a poem from our book. The closing poem is not published, but was read during the keynote I just gave at An Infinite Mind conference, and is inspired by Annalynne McCord, who came out with her story of DID in April of 2021.
Thank you for being here for this next season and remember, there is always magic in the mess.
