Lauren Fonvielle is an Integrative Energy Practitioner, specializing in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)/Tapping for stress, anxiety, and trauma. Lauren is also a trauma-informed yoga teacher and certified Reiki practitioner. She guides her clients on a journey of self-healing breaking through obstacles that are keeping them feeling stuck and in pain so that they can live a happier, healthier life.
