I don't know about you but I have encountered some people that really are not the nicest. This episode is not here for us to talk badly about these people because truly if you are here listening you are NOT one of these people! This episode is here to  guide you through the feelings that might come up for you when you encounter someone who is mean someone who we would call a bully! This episode is to give some extra support and remind you number one you are NOT alone and number two you can and will get through this!!!
