Aisling Waldron

Aisling Waldron is originally from county Mayo, Ireland and has been living in Wellington for the past 5 years. Her background is in psychology and sociology and she holds a masters in Organisational Psychology. She is a General Officer for the Wellington Branch of the National Council of Women of New Zealand. She currently works as a Senior Engagement and Innovation Advisor in the Digital Safety Group at Te Tari Taiwhenua Department of Internal Affairs. Aisling is very passionate about online safety with a particular focus on the prevention of online child sexual exploitation online and violent extremism.

Haley Rachel Rolls

Haley Rachel Rolls is 28, NZ born, and grew up in a low income environment. At the age of 8, Haley fell into the world of small business. Working alongside her mother to feed a family of six, they formed Thoroughbread Foods; a multi award winning company. They still work together today. Haley utilised the work ethic, financial, and business skills she's developed and pursued her passion for property investing. Starting her journey as a landlord at 21, and a dog trainer, her interests are in providing pet friendly accommodation. She's a practising artist, and fashion designer; creating, modelling, and photographing custom dress wear and jewellery; usually incorporating chainmail. Haley has qualifications in Personal Training, Dog Psychology, NZSL and has experience acting, public speaking, and modelling. Her passion for radio began at 12; reading for print disabled listeners at the Radio Reading Service. She has special interests in social politics, health and finance.

Harita Gandhi-Kashyap

Mrs Harita Gandhi-Kashyap is third generation Gujarati Indian in her mid 30’s, born and raised in Wellington. An accountant by profession, Harita is a trained Bharatanatyam (classical Indian) dancer and enjoys blogging, writing and podcasting. She has co-hosted the Coconut Chats podcast with two friends from Melbourne since 2020 (this podcast focuses on interviewing a different South East Asian person from around the world for each episode about something inspirational they are doing from various fields of life). She is also the Wellington Branch Treasurer at National Council of Women of New Zealand, and the Publication Secretary for Wellington Indian Association.  She has also volunteered at the Womens’ Cricket World Cup in 2022 and will be volunteering at the upcoming FIFA womens’ world cup.

Tracey Patterson

Tracey Patterson is a 42 year old mother of two boys who is Wellington born and bred.  After spending over 20 years working in both the Government and private sectors, she decided to follow her dream of helping people and studied to be a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Mindset coach.  Human behaviour and psychology have always been a passion of hers which led her to opening her own company - Tracey Lee Coaching and Hypnotherapy in 2020, with clients from across NZ, Australia, USA and Europe.  In her spare time she loves to exercise, read and learn- she is BIG on personal development and continuing education.
