We are two guys who have come to the conclusion that everyone who has a heart beating inside them deserves to get all forms of mental help, counseling, and love, so pick up a tiny golden spoon and dig a little deeper with us on your journey!

What is the true meaning of kindness?

It's being selfless, caring, compassionate, and unconditionally kind. Like love, it takes practice to understand and feel it. We share love with others through kind acts such as a smile, a nice word, an unexpected deed, or a planned surprises.

Honestly in the scheme of things we all need to spread a little more kindness with strangers, our friends, our family, and ourselves. Even if you are sharing a story that is cringy or embarrassing you can still be kind to those who are sharing it/hearing it in the way you deliver and receive that said story.
