Lamar (Lamightymar) is a passionate leader devoted to building relationships, diagnosing problems, and delivering practical solutions to empower communities and organizations with data-driven decisions to optimize and expand their businesses.

Originally from Baltimore, MD Lamar earned his B.S. from the USMA '11 in Operations Research, and completed W&M Business Analytics M.S. Graduate program at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. He served 9 years Active Duty as an Army Officer in parts of Texas, Africa and Germany.  After transitioning, Lamar pursued a career in management consulting with organizational transformation projects.

In his spare time, Lamar enjoys performing voice over work, improv, poetry, comedy and most creative forms of art to express joy and laughter in the world. Most importantly, he enjoys engaging with his son in friendly co-op adventures in all Lego Xbox games.
