Raised in Cross Lanes, West Virginia, Mike’s life is defined by the woods and his deep Christian faith. Taught to hunt by his late brother, Tim, he views the outdoors as a sanctuary where he feels closest to God, thankful for every harvest big or small. 

Fourteen years ago, Mike and Tim founded Nature’s Voice Game Calls. Since Tim’s passing in 2012, Mike has honored his brother’s legacy by being featured on the NTWF Grand National stage & continuing to hand-make every mouth call.

He launched the On the Limb Podcast to preserve the hunting traditions he fears are fading (Deer Camp). Beyond his day job, workshop and microphone, Mike’s world centers God & his family: his wife of 21 years and their children, Trevor and Kaci. He remains dedicated to passing on the faith, work ethic, and love for outdoors that defined his own journey.

Born and raised in Charleston, WV. BJ has been an outdoorsman since childhood, when he spent his days chasing crawfish and minnors in local creeks. That early curiosity evolved into a lifelong passion for hunting and fishing. BJ’s outdoor resume is impressive. In 2005, he landed a potential world-record black drum, earning a feature in Saltwater Magazine. A skilled hunter in the Mountain State, he has harvested numerous trophy whitetails and bagged his personal best WV turkey—a 27.6-pound giant from Kanawha County. He’s also the proud owner of “Frank the Tank,” a legendary buck known as one of the oldest to roam Woodward Drive. Today, BJ brings that deep field expertise to the On the Limb Podcast. Between adventures, his favorite role is dad to his two kids, Lilly and Wyatt.

As an Army veteran, I view hunting and fishing as more than hobbies—they are a way of life. Stepping into the woods or onto the water provides a vital escape from the everyday grind, offering a rare opportunity to slow down, find peace, and reconnect with God and His creation. Whether in a tree stand or on the water, those quiet, early morning moments are sacred.

My commitment goes beyond the harvest; it is rooted in deep respect for wildlife, the land, and the time-honored traditions passed down through generations. I am dedicated to teaching the next generation to be responsible stewards of our natural resources, ensuring they value conservation and the heritage of the outdoors. Ultimately, the outdoors is where faith, family, friendship, and tradition intersect. It is where I find stillness, cultivate lasting memories with loved ones, and maintain a profound appreciation for the beauty of God’s creation.

Caleb, a pro-staff member for Nature’s Voice Game Calls since 2017, as well as Mossy Oak and Bass Pro Shops, is a dedicated outdoorsman from Charmco, WV. Raised in the woods and on the water by his father, Caleb’s lifelong passion for hunting and fishing led him from hunting public land during college to a career as a professional guide. Currently serving in the West Virginia Army National Guard, Caleb is recognized not only for his success in the field but for his dedication to teaching others about deer and turkey hunting. 
Driven by an intense passion for the pursuit, he thrives on demanding challenges and remote terrain. In 2025, he achieved a major milestone: a public land grand slam in a single season. When not traveling to hunt mature whitetails and turkeys, Caleb cherishes time with his wife, Skyler, and their son, Liam. His life is defined by a relentless drive to master the outdoors and a commitment to sharing that knowledge.
