Educators are on the frontlines everyday. They have to fight the achievement gap, systemic injustices, and the social-emotional well-being of their students and school community. The landscape of education absolutely needs everything educators have to offer. Through An Open Book’s podcast we aim to balance specific information with an organic, comfortable, accessible discussion. We plan to let educators share their expertise and experiences in the least-restrictive environment. We’d like to hear about specific challenges they had to overcome, day-to-day experiences as an educator, and a the reasons why they choose to be an educator.
