Hello friends! šŸŽ™

Welcome to this time shared with Brittany from Honest Farms on Salt Spring Island, B.C. We chatted about Yoga, practice, moving + the challenges that come along with island life. I shared time there over a weekend in June on karmic exchange, where their daughter Berlin picked me flowers + their son Shayan came along to play as we found toys around the property. Brittany made me Cacao + their tiny dog Selena protected the lands! Sina and I shared Yogic conversation + I appreciated my time so much.

About Honest Farms:

Honest Farms is an eco-centre where plants, animals and humans live harmoniously together; a place to get in touch with a more natural way of living. We share in-person & online yoga, retreats, unique accommodations & made-with-love items at our farm stand.

About Brittany:

Brittany is a Mama, DJ, Vinyasa & Yin yoga teacher & Nutritionist. She currently resides in Salt Spring Island with her family, where she spends time stewarding land and caring for her farm animals. She has been teaching yoga for over ten years and has taught many Yoga & Sound offerings in Vancouver Island and throughout the sea to sky region.

Brittany's latest passion has been leading her own music events at their dome called "Celestial Rhythms".

A beautiful offering of bringing community together to dance and heal through the power of music.

About Sina:

Living the life of a Yogi, Sina Shalbaf has dedicated himself to share the teachings. He pulls on practices from many lineages and teachers as he’s sought out and spent extensive time with masters in India, Thailand, Canada, London, and NYC. When he met a guru in Sri Dharma Mittra, he began to integrate all his understanding of yoga asanas, meditation, spiritual knowledge, and life’s experiences through Dharma Yoga. Sina is now known for his Ayurvedic approach to the practice which meets the student where they are at, offering skillful yoga practices that best serves each student's unique physical, mental, and environmental conditions.

As a co-founder of Dharma Temple in Vancouver, he has shared the benefits of a yogic lifestyle with the high vibe community for many years before settling on Salt Spring Island with his family. Through an integrated spiritual understanding into his own daily life, he is here to support others to express the True Self in THEIR own way.
