Tyrone Baker Jr. is the host of the podcast A Safe Space. Ty, affectionately called by his friends and family, has worked across the United States and overseas for the last decade, primarily working on television series and specials in all facets of production and post-production with such affiliations as WeTV, Bravo, Netflix, WWE, TLC, VH1, A&E, Discovery Channel, Esquire, and the Tennis Channel to name a few. Because of his credits, early work experience, and industry knowledge, Ty desires to use his professional skills toward amplifying Black voices. He currently serves as co-executive producer for The Dopaliscious, an incomparable culinary experience. When Ty is not working in the field, his time is spent traveling with his wife and five boys. Hiking, photography, and cooking are his favorite pastimes. He is a graduate of Full Sail University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in film.

Dax Addy was born in Monrovia, Liberia, and migrated to the United States making Georgia his home. He is the co-host of the podcast A Safe Space and is an ardent enthusiast who is no stranger to the film and television world. Dax started his professional career as a production assistant and has worked his way up to floor director, camera operator, and production manager. With over fifteen years of experience, Dax is afforded opportunities to create content for Evolution Film, MTV, VH1, MGM, BRAVO, E, NBC, Paramount, and more. To further his credits, he's worked as a casting associate for Yo Momma and a producer for three independent films. Outside of the media industry, Dax played for Feroz, a Pro-Am basketball team for four years, so when he says he loves the game—Dax loves the game. He is passionate about God, his wife, and spending time with family and friends, and his interests lie in cars and working out. 

Born in Inglewood, CA but having grown up in Pine Bluff, Ar. Will has emerged as a beacon of hope and resilience in the face of adversity. Will’s story is a testament to the power of determination, self-awareness, accountability, and perseverance to rise above even the most challenging circumstances. Will is also an Army veteran. It was his determination and steadfast belief in himself that motivated him to get out of the military and devote his life to living more purposefully. Will is a father of 4 amazing children, Brandon, Alyssa, Cali, and Kamryn, and is the husband of Antoinette (Toni) Crosby. He is adamant about being “the example.” His mission is to “inspire those who have lost all hope for inspiration” because he was once one of those people. He literally wants to make every encounter with him, IMPACTFUL. The Safe Space Podcast is a platform that will allow Will to flourish in his purpose.
