Women and stress go hand in hand in this culture. We are over extending ourselves in all facets of life: work, home, relationships, etc.  We don’t even realize how stressed we are anymore because it's been normalized. 

The common excuses to dismiss our symptoms of burnout are:

  •  "Time of the month"
  • "You're a mom. Of course you are tired."
  •  "Life is hectic, you're overdoing it" 


 We disregard fatigue, irritability, anxiety, depression, and weight gain as part of being a typical woman. 

WELL THAT IS JUST NOT TRUE! It's time to stop ignoring our symptoms and take actionable steps to better our health even in the most stressful of times.
