Kylie Patchett: [00:00:00] Welcome to the Wild and finally fucking free podcast show. This is a space where truth talking gets real. Behind the scenes grit of the future humans is laid bare, and we are celebrating and sharing the real raw stories of change. Agents, neuros, sparkly people, the witchy wild women, the deep feelers, the unapologetic senses, the status quo challenges, and the huge hearted healers and helpers.

Kylie Patchett: And guiding you through this wild ride of entrepreneurship and full heart led contribution to the world is me, your host, Kylie Patchett, A-K-E-K-P. I am a proudly neuros, sparkly, natural born, status quo, challenger, and I thrive on helping disruptors rebels and revolutionaries find their voices, amplify their message into the world, and harness their raw potential.

Kylie Patchett: Alchemize it into unleashing your full potency. Not [00:01:00] only will I be sharing the behind the scenes of some of the most amazing, most status quo challenging thought leaders, I'll also be lifting the veil behind my own business. In 2024 I 18 Xed my monthly income deal blows my mind to say that. And this year I'm leaning into how joyful and fun it would be to shift from six figures to seven figures in a quantum shifting year.

Kylie Patchett: All through leading from my full unapologetic voice. My unleashed potency and with my big, wildly lit up heart leading the way every single step of the way. So together with my guests, I am going to be sharing the mess and the magic.

Kylie Patchett: Spilling the tea on the identity shifts behind stepping into thought leadership, breaking the ties that bind us on learning old patterns and reweaving brand new ways of living, loving learning, and [00:02:00] leading. We are here to break boundaries, reimagine what's possible, all while collapsing timelines and leading with joy.

Kylie Patchett: Love. And our fiercest wild woman selves. This is not just a podcast. It is a rebellion. It is a revolution. It is an invitation to join the Mad Hatters Collective Movement. And by Mad Hatters, I mean all the colorful, creative, gorgeous world changing out of the box humans out there. If you've ever longed to be wild and finally fucking free, this is your sign to lean in.

Kylie Patchett: Let's get started.

Kylie Patchett: Well, hello there, beautiful people. I just recorded a 45 minute solo episode for you and my lovely computer decided to delete the file. So here I am again. This is gonna be a much shorter version. Uh, so you have come to a solo episode from [00:03:00] me with lots of different updates, um, about recalibrations and refinements and reclamations, uh, in business.

Kylie Patchett: So I've been through such a crazy period of like head down, bum up, and. A lot of that's to do with the fact that I am like very clear that this year is about building the foundations of my business. I'm shifting from a done for you services model into much more of a coaching and one to many digital products, building out an ecosystem, all of those things.

Kylie Patchett: And I was saying before that. One of the things that I really, really lent into last year is that in the winter season where I naturally feel lower in energy, that I actually was really allowing myself to go full bear mode. So I went into a bit of hibernation. I didn't do much client facing work. I kept going with my client projects, but I was really, really discerning [00:04:00] with what I did and didn't include in my calendar, and what I noticed as a result was that there was this enormous like influx and spike of energy when I went into the spring season here, which is around about September for us.

Kylie Patchett: Where I just, I love springtime anyway, and I have this natural like return to vitality and you know, the little buds and the blooms and the birds and the, all the deliciousness of spring and I really noticed how much more vital I felt for having had that turning in. Being more discerning with spending my resources, my energy, my attention, my time, whatever.

Kylie Patchett: And then at the end of last year had this huge, um, shift in my business model. Um, huge. Like I, you know, wrote a lot and spoke a lot about quantum leaping and having this massive like flow period. And then it felt like as soon as I got [00:05:00] into 2025 that there was this real like, all right, head down, bum up.

Kylie Patchett: This is about doing the do. It's about being in motion. It's about building the foundations. And I was very mindful of making sure that I was doing exactly the same work that I invite my clients into around. Clearing out all the shoulds, all the rules, all the right way of doing this, all of the ways that I was taming and shaming myself, still, all the ways I wasn't still in my full expression.

Kylie Patchett: All of the ways that I had been making things like either more complicated or. Um, more difficult than they need to be because of old learned limitation patterns. So I was really aware that I wanted to stay in integrity and stay at the fronted edge of the expansion that I invite my own clients into.

Kylie Patchett: And just recently I have had this massive [00:06:00] realization and I'm coming to a kind of closing point in my business at the moment of multiple things that I've got going. So, um, my very first round or cohort of my beautiful system mind called potent, we are going into the last month. In GS spot, which is at my foundational storytelling programs.

Kylie Patchett: The first live round is also coming to an end in a couple of weeks. There's a couple of other things that I'm bringing to an end in my business and in terms of just this natural tuning inwards going into our autumn season here, and really feeling into like, you know, the energy of autumn in a seasonal perspective, and also from a traditional Chinese medicine perspective, like autumn is the season of metal.

Kylie Patchett: So it's clarity, it's discernment. It's refinement. It's what is coming forward into this next season. What needs to be kind of metabolized and digested and excreted if it is not coming into the next season. 'cause a [00:07:00] metal element is all about large intestine and lung. So literally. What is not here for my highest good and excreting or exhaling that a lot of letting go energy.

Kylie Patchett: A lot of like, if you think about the winds of autumn, winds of change, like what is being blown off, um, your, you know. What's the other word? Not evergreen. Deciduous leaves. If you're dropping leaves in autumn, what's being blown to the ground and what are you kind of, what are your, what are you clearing space for in the next cycle?

Kylie Patchett: And so, because I had this beautiful experience of this, a surge of, you know, spring energy after a real season of hibernation, um, that I allowed myself to go into across winter, I was like, this year I wanna really feel into that even more. And so I. Actually consciously created offerings in my business around this seasonal energy, always with the desire to have a full month off completely from my [00:08:00] business.

Kylie Patchett: So offline, no client facing appointments, nothing. No work being done at all in July, and that's now extended to six weeks. So six weeks goes July and August. Just to allow this real pause time to honor the seasons, to do the expansion and initiation work. And what I'm feeling at the moment is this process of refinement, recalibration, and reclamation.

Kylie Patchett: So as it always is, every time you go through a season in business, you go into this growth period, and then you go into a composting period and you kind of like, there's this beautiful. Um, spiral of evolution that I feel very clearly in my own business and in my client's business. And so there's a couple of things that I need to inform you about.

Kylie Patchett: So I went into a lot more detail of this, and you know what? I'm just feeling like if the entire 45 minute file got lost, some of it doesn't need to be said right now, but [00:09:00] something that does need to be said is that one of the big patterns that I uncovered that I do not wish to carry forward is this.

Kylie Patchett: Worshiping at the altar of consistency rather than allowing my own contentment and joy to be the best business strategy that I have. And so there's two things in business that I have been consistent at because I have thought that it was the right thing to do, right? Using external sources of information and power to dictate.

Kylie Patchett: What the correct way of doing my business was, and those two things. Were publishing a podcast every week and also publishing a newsletter every week. When I'm honest with myself, I love interviewing people, but the sheer consistency and like. I am gonna use the word grind, and there's no disrespect to anyone that I've just had recently in this season of the podcast.

Kylie Patchett: This is not about them feeling like it's a grind. It's more [00:10:00] about me and the showing up and the consistency and the doing it just because I feel like I should be doing it rather than through this lens of desire. So really feeling into. Sorry, there's actually a plane going overhead me at the moment, so I hope that's not showing up too loudly.

Kylie Patchett: Um, just feeling into like, what, where am I actually playing by the rules here? And do I really wanna do a weekly podcast just to keep up consistency if it's no longer joyful? And the answer very clearly in my body is no. I would so much rather turn up. When I'm burning to share something, when I deeply desire to communicate with this beautiful community or that I had had this like thing that dropped in that I'm like, oh my goodness, I need to share this with people.

Kylie Patchett: Then actually just create more noise. More stuff, more quantity without the [00:11:00] quality that I desire. 'cause I am very clear that the connection in the community, um, feel that I like is intimate. It's real, it's grounded, it's truth talking. And I can hardly say and do and create that if I'm not actually doing it myself.

Kylie Patchett: So. At the end of this season five of this beautiful podcast that I have been doing consistently and faithfully every week since October of 2022. I'm here to tell you that we are taking a sabbatical, a break. I do not know for how long. I do not know what format the podcast will come back in, if at all.

Kylie Patchett: I'm feeling much more drawn to doing different things through different mediums. Will I be back one day? Maybe? Who knows? Can't say. But for now, I wanted to say thank you for being here, and thank you for listening and thank you for the people who have ever listened to [00:12:00] an episode and taken something away from one of our beautiful guests or from one of my solo episodes, and put it into some sort of integration or implementation in your own life, because that is overall.

Kylie Patchett: My burning desire to create things that are useful to help people to contribute to the world in whatever way I can. And thank you for all of you who have ever listened in, sent a message going, oh my God, I love that episode. Thank you for sharing this. Oh, I've gone and done. You know, that meditation or, you know, read that book that you recommended or whatever.

Kylie Patchett: Those little connection points and ability to actually meet you out there listening to this podcast has felt incredibly special to me. Incredibly special. The other thing that has been on my mind in terms of this recalibration and refinement [00:13:00] is, and again this is very much at the front end edge of the expansion that I invite my clients to as well, is just feeling into anything in my business that feels like it is not in alignment.

Kylie Patchett: To my current understanding, my current depth of wisdom, um, the refinement of what I feel very strongly about in terms of what I stand for and what I stand against. And also the other thing is, is it in alignment with my emotional and energetic bandwidth?

Kylie Patchett: And the beauty of coming to the end of the first cohort of new programs is that you get this chance to go into this next evolution of the cycle going what felt incredibly juicy and satisfying. What was most transformative? What does the feedback from a real live cohort of people say? Is there something that I can tweak?

Kylie Patchett: Is there something that I can better align? Is there something that needs [00:14:00] calibrating? Is there something that I have been doing that tips over so it could, you know, there's, so there's, there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. And I know, you know, with lots of those little sayings, right, it is very often because it is the truth of the matter.

Kylie Patchett: And so I've also had to look at even, um, with my potent system mind like. What she came to me as and for, and which, you know, very, very clear, I'm very connected to the soul of my business. The soul of this offer was very clear on what she wanted. She wanted very high touch, very intimate sisterhood that created safety and trust.

Kylie Patchett: Over time at a depth where people could soften and allow themselves to truly be seen. And that that's not only, you know, the bits that were scared, the parts of themselves, that they may not show the parts that were still dismissing or downplay, but also [00:15:00] the fullness of who they're here to be, what their deepest desires are.

Kylie Patchett: What they are calling in to create in their business. And you know, all the layers of us that have been taught, don't shine too bright. Don't be arrogant. Don't say that you're good at something. Downplay, keep, you know, rock. Don't rock the boat. Keep everything steady. And so what I conceived of when potent came to me, the soul of potent, I.

Kylie Patchett: I had no idea of the magic of this circle. Like I really, I, I understood it in concept. I could feel the threads of it, but what has actually culminated through this first cohort with three beautiful humans from the states and three beautiful humans from Australia. So this very first intimate circle is a level of.

Kylie Patchett: Sisterhood, and really when I feel into what potent is like on the surface, yes, it's a [00:16:00] hybrid of a sister mind with one-on-one high touch mentorship. And yes, it brings the practical magic of storytelling through brand copy and content and all of the energetic and emotional resourcing, the voice and visibility activation, the foundations of creating a solid.

Kylie Patchett: Grounded, wild woman informed business ecosystem. It does all of that. But the level of transformation that has been opened up in this first cohort is something that I, I'm, it, it, it's breathtaking. It is breathtaking. The level of trust and the sisterhood and the support. And the brave courage taking and the, oh fuck, this is not working, and I actually need to let go of some things here.[00:17:00]

Kylie Patchett: And not only all of that in a business sense, but the way that owning the true depth and power and magic of who you are and the genius that you bring to the table, and the joy and the gold, and all the deliciousness that's inside of you. That magic doesn't just transform your business. It starts to transform your life because you cannot be this wild woman, untamed, unashamed, unapologetic inside of your business without that rippling through everything, the way you relate to other people, the way you parent, the way you partner.

Kylie Patchett: There's just so many different aspects of this transformation unfurling, and so whilst I feel incredibly grateful for this first experience, I also know that there is spaces inside of this circle where I have lent over the line of too much is a good thing, and where there's just slight adjustments [00:18:00] that allow it to be even better calibrated to me.

Kylie Patchett: As the space holder to the transformation that she's calling from people so that the offer itself stays on the right side of the line of just the right amount of all of the different things that make up the magic in there. And the exciting thing is, as of today when I'm recording this, so as of the 27th of May, when you listen to this, you will actually be able to.

Kylie Patchett: See that the potent, I'm thinking of it like potent 2.0. The doors have gently opened. Now, there is only 10 spaces inside of this circle. Tomorrow morning before this episode goes live. I'm opening those spaces to the six ladies inside, and I am very, very, very clear that there's probably only gonna be four or five spaces still available after I [00:19:00] do that.

Kylie Patchett: That is the enormity of the magic that's been in here. So that feels like an incredible honor to hold. And I'm also really clear that through this entire process of releasing these programs that feel like part of my soul, and they're very much in co-creation with my business, that there's places and spaces where I am being called to lean into more of what I desire in terms of my business ecosystem.

Kylie Patchett: How many hours I work, what my offers look like, and I'm really clear that I don't want to be in a working hard season anymore. That feels like monumental, saying that out loud. I'm actually really fucking proud of how I have held. The pose and the posture of someone who stays in integrity and alignment [00:20:00] in my business and unshackle herself from the rules and finds her own way.

Kylie Patchett: And more and more I'm realizing that my way is this depth and intimacy and often feels like a slower way to me than what is shouted out there on the internet, which is all about scale and push and grow and this and that. And I'm like. Yeah. You know what my nervous system wants this to be leaning into for the long term?

Kylie Patchett: I want to be nudging myself towards what I'm calling in and being really self-responsible about where I'm getting in my own way. Overcomplicating making things really hard when they could be simpler, offering more without the understanding that often potency is about less. It's about the quiet power in the room.

Kylie Patchett: It's about the refinement and the recalibration. It's not [00:21:00] necessarily about all this quantum leaping. Shifting quick, quick, quick, quick, quick. Now I'm very aware that at the end of 2024, I was talking a lot about quantum shifting because I felt like I was in the middle of a quantum shift. And actually what happened, and I'll be sharing more about this in the fullness of time, is that I somehow trip wired myself into a state of contraction.

Kylie Patchett: That was partly because I said yes to an option, which was not a good one and blah blah. Anyway, I'm not even gonna go down that path. But I'm feeling so deliciously grateful for being at this stage in my business where these circles are coming to an end and I get to do this wintering, this six weeks of hibernation time offline, and that when I come back in the springtime, springtime in Australia, or close to springtime, I'm actually back in August that I will have a brand new cohort inside of the sister mind.

Kylie Patchett: [00:22:00] And I will have a chance to step into more spring energy after I've done all this discerning and recalibration. So I feel like the first time I recorded this, I used many, many more words, but I am going to stick to my own version of potency. Less is more If you are at a stage in your business where you are desiring.

Kylie Patchett: An intimate container with very hmm. Intimate and deep. I know I just used intimate twice, didn't I? If you desire the kind of soul sisterhood, I. That means that every single part of you is welcome at the table, no matter what emotions are up, no matter what part wants to come out and play, no matter whether you are on your knees with what the fuck am I doing, feeling frustrated and out of alignment.[00:23:00]

Kylie Patchett: Or if you are mid sore in a wild expansion phase where you are feeling like, holy crap, how good am I allowed to let this get? If you're desiring for support for all of those stages and places in business, and also support around the specific strategy of how to clarify, again, we are back to potency, right?

Kylie Patchett: Clarify to amplify, and how to capture and communicate you and your work in the world. Not only through practical skill building about how to write and how to design in a way that captures your unique unicorn energy so that you can step into claiming your genius even more, speaking your truth, even more unapologetically, unfulfilling your legacy into the world.

Kylie Patchett: Practical skill building around that whilst also having high touch one-on-one support that is [00:24:00] custom crafted for you. And if you are like me and you feel a massive aversion to the whole scale, grow and quantum shift being the only way to do business. Then I invite you to apply for Potent System Mind.

Kylie Patchett: As I said, there's more than likely only four or five spaces left at the time that you're listening into this, and applications are, we tag like they're tagged by time, so we open spaces according to the order in which we receive applications. The other thing I will say about Potent is that. The application post process is part of the initiation.

Kylie Patchett: It does not require you or obligate you to say yes to a position or a seat if I offer you one. It is an incredibly useful process for distilling exactly where you are in business, where you [00:25:00] perceive your barriers are where you want your desires, you want to be heading towards and just by doing the application.

Kylie Patchett: In fact, one of the testimonials that I just grabbed off the existing cohort was as soon as I did the application process, my business started to open up in ways that I could not have even fathomed. And that is because all of the places that I provide are seeded with very powerful intentions for you and your experience and what that means in day-to-day terms.

Kylie Patchett: Now if you apply, and I honestly feel that you are not a fit for this circle, and I have like in the first round of applications, I said no to three people. And the reason that I'm so picky about who is in the circle is the energy of the co-creation. The people that are here co-creating is incredibly important to me.

Kylie Patchett: If you apply and [00:26:00] there's a mismatch in whatever I feel, or if I need to ask you some clarification, I'll reach out by voice note, I'm not doing sales calls for this, um, round, nor did I in the first time. And I will clarify with you. We can go backwards and forwards. You can ask whatever, whatever you want, and if I honestly don't feel that this is a good fit, I will either.

Kylie Patchett: Refer you to a different solution inside of my business ecosystem. For example, G-Spot, which is my foundational storytelling program, which is now available as a self-study. So you can, you know, you can take your time to go through it. It's step by step. It's very bite-sized. It's all the foundational pieces that I teach inside of my spaces or.

Kylie Patchett: If it's not me that's the best fit or something that's in my business, business ecosystem, I am very happy to refer you to one of the beautiful grid workers, paradigm shifters, heart led change, make makers that I'm connected to, [00:27:00] so that you will actually receive not just a, not, you're not a fit, but an actual next step to fill into.

Kylie Patchett: So my friends, I bid you farewell. I bid you. Thanks for your time and your presence. If you're just new to this podcast and you're like, bum, I was just getting into it. There is 150 episodes for you to go back to. There's more than enough to marinade in. Thank you once again for being here and I really look forward to the downtime and the offline time.

Kylie Patchett: That will bring with it, no doubt, the space and the clarity of what's next, and whether it is a podcast or something completely different, or maybe it's a podcast with some slight changes, but stay tuned. Who knows when? I'll be back. Thank you for being here. Have a beautiful day whenever you are listening in to this episode and yeah.

Kylie Patchett: Farewell for [00:28:00] now. May you also allow the space for recalibration, refinement and reclamation in your own business and life, because we are all in a constant undoing of the rules we've been taught from outside of ourselves and reconnecting to the soul of who we are, what we really want, what we really desire, our own flow, our own emotional and energetic band bandwidth, and finding our way home to ourselves.

Kylie Patchett: And that is the work of every one of us in this lifetime. So on this path, I beat you farewell much love, and until we meet again.

Kylie Patchett: There you go. Beautiful. One another delicious, juicy truth talking episode with a disruptor, rebel, or revolutionary sharing the identity shifts and the mess and the magic of leading right on the edge of your expansion and going first as a visionary leader, as [00:29:00] a woman, creating a business and inviting people to completely new ways of learning, living, loving, and leading.

Kylie Patchett: It is not lost on me that you have invested your time and your energy in listening to the show. I'm so grateful for your beautiful heart, for the work that you do in the world, and I know that if you are here, you are more than likely one of what I call the mad hatters, so the quirky, colorful, creative out of the box.

Kylie Patchett: Often neuros, sparkly paradigm shifters and thought leaders. So I'm so grateful that you're here. If you loved this episode, which I'm sure you did, please do me a favor and share it with someone else who needs to understand that their quirkiness and their full unapologetic self-expression is more than enough, and in fact is the secret source to growing a wildly.

Kylie Patchett: Successful, abundant, [00:30:00] nourishing, sustainable business. So here is to us the mad hatters, the crazy out of the box people saying no to old paradigms and inviting into the new. And if you'd love to go the extra mile, please make sure that you subscribe on the platform that you are on. So you never miss an episode and hey, it would be sweet, sweet, sweet if you would leave us a five star review.

Kylie Patchett: It means the world to us and it helps us get this truth talk and this magic and this power out to even more mad hatters. So have a beautiful day and I will speak with you next week.
