Adib played a crucial role in the early days of Careem, which Uber later acquired in 2019. He also participated in other successful startups and continues serving as an advisory member and consultant for other startups.

Adib's journey was not without its challenges, however. He faced the devastating loss of his mother, which left him struggling to cope. Yet, through his journey of self-discovery, Adib found the strength to overcome personal challenges and use his experiences to grow and become a better person.
