Michelle is a Community Design and Impact Specialist who applies Instructional Design models and methodologies to strategic development and partner relations so clients can design, build, and engage powerful communities. 

Michelle believes "community" is a VERB, and when one aligns purpose with performance they cultivate and build community in all aspects of life. Her signature learning path "I AM A Feminine Leader" blends self-directed learning with community workshops and a mastermind group that inspire women to affirm their role as a SME in their industry and community. This not only strengthens their leadership and impact it enables them to transform their unique experience into tangible learning experiences for others.
