praise the lord
this episode reminds me of how we have to ask Jesus to change us. HE IS THE CHAIN BREAKER. When we learn to let Him take over our lives and ask Him to break that chain of addiction, sugar, porn and any other "genetic norm" that we all just say * well I can't change the way I am but yes you can with Holy Spirit.
