On this week’s episode, host Caryn Antonini is joined by Rita Jammet, co-owner, ambassador and Chief Bubble Officer of La Caravelle Champagnes and founder and President of Bouquet Ventures, a hospitality and consulting agency. Rita is one of the most respected people in the hospitality industry and a trailblazer for French food and beverage. She is a former restaurateur, who alongside her husband André, operated the renowned classic French restaurant, La Caravelle in New York City, which earned a James Beard nomination for Best Restaurant in the Country. Rita was bestowed the Order of Agricultural Merit by France’s Ministry of Agricutlure and Food in recognition of her services to the food and wine hospitality worlds. She is an active member of Les Dames d’Escoffier and supporter of educational food programs for children.
