
You’re Perfectly Capable
All my life I have lived by the mantra ‘You’re Perfectly Capable’ and this journey is just me proving more of the same to myself. I have done different fitness challenges in the past, including 20 mile 200 obstacle course races and even an Ironman but this time it is different.
Rather than just shelling up and challenging myself internally, I want to push the narrative that you, whoever you are and wherever you are, you’re perfectly capable.
As a trainer, we often try our best to push clients out of their comfort zone and help them achieve things but it also important for us too. The challenge for me here is not just doing the event but planning and preparing for it myself following my own training plan and programming it all myself.
At any moment, you can turn your attention to whatever you want and pursue it and make it a success and this is the start of my new journey.

#009 4 Weeks to go!
Woah, time flies. We have four weeks until we will be taking on Hyrox Pro in Copenhagen. I cannot wait, training is going well, the body is feeling good and I am excited about kicking off my Hyrox journey.
Listen to the updates on my previous few weeks of training, including my 5k PB! Buzzing for it.
I am doing a workout this week, “Mikko’s Triangle”, which is:
40 minute EMOM
1. Ski Cals
2. Row Cals
3. Bike Cals (echo bike for me)
4. Rest
Pick a number of calories you can maintain on each machine and try to hold it for the entire 10 rounds! You have to do the same calories on every machine! I will be aiming for 20 cals. Let’s go! CAPABLE.
