Episode 200!!! What I've learned from recording 200 episodes, and advice for new podcasters

200 Episodes baby!!  What you'll hear:

• Thing #1 I've learned:  You never know what is going to be useful to anyone else, so say what you wanna say 1:30
• Thing #2 I've learned:  Ignore the stats.  The work has to be its own reward, or you won't keep doing it.  4:30
• Thing #3 I've learned:  Saying something once is saying it never (quote by The Movement Maestro!)  And actually saying it 12 times is still sometimes like saying it never. Never be afraid to repeat yourself.  7:30

• Advice for anyone curious about starting a podcast 14:00
  • Listen to Shante.  
  • Sustainability is priority #1.  Set yourself up for a good experience by creating a cadence and expectation you can live up to.
  • Know your WHY before you begin.  Don't do it for accolades or responses or metrics- do it for you.  Do it for the one person who will get something out of every episode.
