Romay Nichols is the founder of In.Spire Somatics and a somatic practitioner specializing in nervous system regulation, stress recovery, and resilience under pressure. With a background as a former pastor and leader, she brings a practical, no-nonsense approach that integrates neuroscience, somatic therapy, and lived experience.
Certified in Soma+IQ® Breathwork and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Romay works with law enforcement, first responders, and other professionals who operate in constant high-stress, high-alert environments. Her focus is helping the nervous system come out of survival mode so the body can recover, reset, and perform more effectively over the long term. Her approach is grounded, practical, and body-based—designed to help people feel safer in their bodies, sharper in their thinking, and more resilient both on and off duty.
