Anthony Anderman is an experienced Training Director and Instructional Systems Design executive with over 30 years of expertise in leading large-scale training systems for law enforcement, the military, and international organizations. He holds a Master of Science degree in Instructional Systems Design from Southern Illinois University and currently serves as the Director of Training and Certification for the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office. In this role, he oversees basic, field, and in-service training programs that align with accreditation, compliance, and operational readiness.

Additionally, Anthony consults internationally for the U.S. Department of Justice's International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP), where he consults and delivers capacity-building initiatives. He has also supported defense innovation projects for DARPA and the U.S. Marine Corps. His career includes nearly two decades of senior leadership at the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission. Ant
