Reverse, Reset, Restore
This is for all of us who have been wounded by our own (and others) judgements and expectations, who have listened to those inner voices and believed the lies we've sold ourselves and for those who truly want to love and honour who you were always meant to be. If you've struggled with self-acceptance, poor body image and a belief system that is no longer serving you (if it ever did!), then this podcast is your reminder that you're not alone and you can choose to make changes - from your health and wellbeing, to your thoughts and the way you move in the world.

How Tapping Could Be The Key To Unlocking Your Body's Healing Super Powers
Hi and welcome to episode 20! This week we are exploring one of our bodies superpowers - Tapping.
In this episode, I will provide some benefits for tapping, discuss the meridians that we tap on to clear the blockages and take you through a tapping sequence using the 9 tapping points most commonly used in this practice.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine , our bodies are divided by 12 main meridians, each associated with specific organs and organ systems. They exist in symmetrical pairs, each having an identical pathway running on each side of the body. These twelve major meridians, along with their smaller counterparts, create a complex matrix of energy pathways that traverse the body. If the meridians are blocked, we encounter pain, inflammation, sickness, mental un-wellness and dis regulation of our emotions.
Here are the meridians discussed in this episode and what tapping point they correspond to:
Intestine meridian - Karate Chop tapping point
Governor Vessel Meridian - Top of the Head tapping point - Note this is not one of the 12 main meridians but is one of 2 that is considered central to overall wellbeing.
Bladder Meridian - Eyebrow tapping point
Gallbladder Meridian - Side of the Eye tapping point
Stomach Meridian - Under the Eye tapping point
Governing Vessel - Under the Nose tapping point
Central Meridian/Conception Vessel - Under the Mouth/Chin Point tapping point. Like the Governor Vessel Meridian, this is not one of the 12 main meridians but is considered to be very important to overall health of the body.
Kidney Meridian -Collarbone tapping point
Spleen Meridian - Under the Arm tapping point
Needing a visual representation? Here is one of my all time favourite practitioners on YouTube; Brad Yates - phenomenal at this. Here is an episode on feeling overwhelmed. He has a tonne of videos on so many subjects. Pick and choose what you need. You can't go wrong!

This weeks quote:
“A person who is walking around with the belief ‘I am safe in my body’ is going to approach the world from a very different place than someone who doesn't believe that…They’re going to be much more willing to put themselves out in the world, to be vulnerable in relationships, and to be willing to risk and dare, because they’re operating from a place of safety” Nick Ortner
