Reverse, Reset, Restore
This is for all of us who have been wounded by our own (and others) judgements and expectations, who have listened to those inner voices and believed the lies we've sold ourselves and for those who truly want to love and honour who you were always meant to be. If you've struggled with self-acceptance, poor body image and a belief system that is no longer serving you (if it ever did!), then this podcast is your reminder that you're not alone and you can choose to make changes - from your health and wellbeing, to your thoughts and the way you move in the world.

Our latest episode of Reverse, reset, restore is a mini escape into the arms of Morpheus, where I, Sally, guide you through a tapestry of soothing affirmations to unravel the day's stress and cocoon you into peaceful slumber. If tossing and turning have become unwelcome bedfellows, or if the siren's song of a restful night eludes you, let this episode be your lullaby, your bridge from wakefulness to dreamland.
With each affirmation, we're not just seeking sleep; we're cultivating a sanctuary within. This is an intimate journey through the power of words to calm the mind and a tender reminder to prioritize the sacred ritual of rest. The night doesn't have to be a battleground of thoughts; allow me to transform it into a haven where each breath ushers in tranquility and each moment brings you closer to the rejuvenation you deserve. Prepare for an interlude where the only guest is your own well-being, and the promise is a dawn of vitality.

Hello, wonderful souls. I'm Sally and you are listening to Reverse, reset, restore where we embrace the extraordinary potential of our minds to transform our lives, reversing limiting beliefs, resetting our thoughts and restoring our connection to ourselves. Change comes from within ourselves. Change comes from within. Today is a mini episode where we are focusing on affirmations for sleep. Here's how it's going to work. I'm going to repeat a number of affirmations to help you hopefully get some rest, or go to sleep your job, lie back, get comfortable, close your eyes and hopefully drift away. You can always repeat these affirmations to yourself, out loud or in your mind. Whatever you need to do to help you come to a place of rest, a place of sleep. It is in sleep that our body heals, that it can process things that it can't do during the day. Sleep is essential for our life, for our existence, and many of us are shortchanging ourselves. So my hope is that, in these few moments, this will give you a chance to relax and to get ready for rest. I am calm, relaxed and ready to drift into a peaceful sleep.
