Pretty Is As Pretty Does
Recovered emotional and binge eater Sami Snow offers her experience in overcoming the powerful voice in her head to go eat some more. Her weight loss journey unknowingly turned into a self love journey and setting standards for the way she lives her life. Healing her relationship with food and progressing her fitness goals in the gym have increased her self confidence, as she started doing the things she said she would do. Showing up for herself and keeping her commitments allows her to become the woman she's always wanted to be. What she didn't realize on all the other weight loss journeys, is that you have to change your mindset-and the habits you create are ones you'll want to enjoy as you're creating them for the sustainable future. Leaving behind the bloating, bingeing, shame, guilt, and sickness she felt in her own body; she is now enjoying the body she is in while expressing gratitude for all that her body allows her to do for herself. Since she has discovered how GOOD she can feel in her own skin, she wants to empower other women to do the same.

I Fell Off Track This Week. Here’s Why I’m Not Worried.
In this life update episode, Sami Snow shares what it really looks like to live inside a weight loss journey, not just talk about it once the results are visible.
After a week off from nursing, leaning fully into her business, navigating dating, and spending meaningful time with her best friend, Sami opens up about having a “loose” week with her food and routines and why that is not a failure.
This episode dives into the most important skill a woman can learn on her health journey: the ability to close the gap and get back on track without shame.
Sami unpacks how she prepares for a calorie deficit as a recovered binge eater, the difference between food rules and food standards, and why her desire for discipline comes from self-respect, not restriction. She also shares her mindset entering her second calorie deficit with her coach, the reality of hunger and food noise, and how Treat Yourself Pretty principles guide her choices even during imperfect weeks.
If you have ever felt like falling off track erased your progress, this episode will change how you see discipline, consistency, and what it truly means to take care of yourself.
