What's up, guys? Welcome to another episode of Unmasking Greatness. I'm your host, Chris Kakoris, and today I am I'm super excited for today. I'm really, really pumped for today. This has been a day that has been on the books for a while, on the calendar. If you have been keeping up with my social media the past week, uh even previous to that in other podcasts, I've I've leaked out a couple different things about something is coming. Um I'm excited, I'm working on something, and honestly, have been working on for a couple of years and really hesitant to do what I want to do, but timing is everything. Timing is everything, and I feel like now is the time, and uh I'm I'm ready to officially launch our CAC Performance app to everybody and anybody that would like it. Uh this app has been in the development for a couple of years now, and we have always been a one-on-one coaching service, meaning that you are working with myself or one of our designated success coaches. We are building nutrition plans out for you, customizing and scheduling your workouts, weekly check-in calls. I mean, we're really digging in the weeds to help you reach your goals and uh hold you accountable to a very high level. And so what had happened over the years is one, we collect data, we realize, you know, more specifically, where clients are struggling outside of just workouts and nutrition, what is it that they're really, really struggling with that you we have to help them get over that hump. So we've learned that, and we've also learned that our clientele are typically very busy. Uh, they work in a corporate setting, have their own business. Uh many of them are also parents too. So juggling that time and energy is a lot. And so sometimes it's not about adding more to your to-do list, it's about eliminating it. And so we've taken a lot of this data and the feedback from our client to continuously craft and upgrade, you know, our program and also put it in an app, which makes it very nice because now our clients can track their metrics. They can see measurable results, measure measurable results. And also the the coach can see it as well. So we know how to help them further, where we need to modify things, what's working, what's not working. But again, when you start seeing things going in the right direction, it's also very encouraging. And I would say that's what where where motivation would feed from. I never want people to rely on motivation. It's all systems, um, having tactics, a schedule, and motivation will come, obviously, when things go well. That's what happens. But when it doesn't go well, then we don't want to just stop because motivation is gone. So that's why you want to measure uh what you're doing on a day-to-day, look at the metrics and make those adjustments. And so we have compiled this into our app with all of our workouts, our nutrition protocols, our training. I mean, there's so many features in here that I want to go over with you guys. But more specifically, I really want to focus on the struggle points that you guys are facing and how this can resolve it. Okay. Because it's more than just workouts and nutrition. I promise you that. Uh, there's there's a lot of things that you guys may be struggling with that you haven't even thought about yet. And so we can help give you the information in a very easily and digestible format. And it doesn't get too science-y and overwhelming, like, oh my God, this is too much for me, especially if you're not in the health industry. So we want to make things as practical as possible. And this app is really going to help solve so many of those problems. And, you know, our vision with doing this is helping as many people as we can and also making it very, very affordable. So you're gonna want to stick to the end of this episode because there's also a special bonus for those that sign up. And we'll talk pricing, of course, um, towards the end. But I do want to let's let's focus on what's right in front of us right now, which is is this for you? Is this for you? So some of the things I want to touch on are you know, what are you guys really struggling with? I would say the top five things that we see uh clients come in and struggle is time, information overload, right? There's just uh a mass of information, whether it's YouTube, Chat GPT, Instagram, TikTok, you know, what what's real and what's not, what's gonna work for me and what's not. You know, the other one, accountability, having some form of accountability where, you know, maybe this is even more of a community accountability system, right? And it's not so much one-on-one. So we'll touch on that. Nutrition for sure. Get it. Everybody wants to know what to eat, how much to eat, how to structure structure that in their lifestyle. And then your mindset and habits, those are those are so, so, so important. If you want to create a long-term solution and more of a lifestyle change, so nothing is a quick fix in our program. We want to make sustainable, hard-rooted solutions to make sure that you can get to where you want to be in your goal and never have to worry about it again. And that's why a lot of our clients that have come in and worked with us, they typically stick with us for the next six to 12 months. We get them to where they want to be. We've taught them all the skill sets that they need to be successful on their own. And then they can venture on their own. But then they also ask, like, well, Chris, can we have, can we keep the app? And I would always tell them no. Um, I would say, no, you know, you have to work with us to have access to this. Um, one, we're constantly updating it with new information, but two, it cost us money. Full transparency, it costs us money for every person that's in there. It costs me uh money. And that's how these platforms uh are able to profit. You know, they the more you make, the more they make. It's a good model for them, right? So, anyways, I would deny it. I would say no, you can't have it. Um, and then people would come back. And so over a couple years go by, and then people say, Oh, well, can we still have the app? And I I finally broke down with a few, and I was like, Yeah, we'll charge a fee that's you know very minimal, and you can keep access. There's no coaching, uh, but you can keep access to the app. And I thought this would be a good test to see how people like it, how long they keep it, and I can tell you this everybody kept it. So there is something very valuable inside of the inside of the CAC performance platform. So, you know, let's talk about time. You guys that are struggling with time, you know, everybody has 24 hours in the day, everybody's life is busy, everybody's life is hectic. You know, it's just in different capacities. Some people are, you know, business owners that manage teams, they have a family at home, or they're in a corporate business where they have to manage employees or, you know, do things for their boss. You know, you're working those hours, you know, nine, ten, twelve hour days, rotations, um, and then you got to go home, and then you're thinking about meal prep, and then you have to research, what are you supposed to do? Like, where are you gonna find the time to do all of that? And so what ends up happening is people just put it off to the side, like, I'll get to it later. I'm tired, I'll get to it later. And subconsciously you're starting to develop a habit called procrastination. Uh, and that procrastination becomes a normality for you that you repeat in a vicious cycle. And I'm sure some of you maybe listen to this. You said that you were going to get in shape this year, New Year's, resolutioners. Uh, guess what? We're like three months away from another New Year's. Did you accomplish the things that you need to accomplish? If not, you need to keep listening to this, okay? Because this is going to help you take the first step, which is always the hardest step for most people. That initial scary step. But we can build momentum off that first step. We cannot build momentum off you staying stagnant and not doing anything. But some people just need point me in a direction. And that's what this is for. The next one, information overload. Oh my gosh. It is not a problem with the lack of information. It's the lack of understanding the implementation, the application. How do we take this information and apply it specifically to your lifestyle? Because again, I we work with some, you know, we have nurses that are doing four 12s rotations. We have uh corporate workers that actually work all three shifts on cycles, uh, business owners that work, oh my gosh, 10, 12 hours a day on a regular, maybe more. And so it, you know, time comes into play, but also how to take the nutrition, the workouts, you know, the sleep and and all that. How do I how do I make that work? And there's so much conflicting advice on social media and TikToks, the worst. I heard somebody clone the name TikTok University because everybody's trying to teach something. And uh I would say, if you ever heard the Chinese proverb, if you want to get somewhere fast, ask the person that's coming back from the destination that you're trying to go to. And I say that nicely because there are these young kids, and nothing to knock young kids, but they look like they've been working out for the past six months or year telling you how you can develop all this muscle. And and they're still in the process, uh, and and they're learning respectfully, but you're not in a position where you're professional that knows what they're saying and how to applicate those systems to another person. You're just telling them what you're doing, it's very different. So and the same thing goes with like all the dieting stuff, whether it's keto, fasting, uh, you know, the Hardios, the boot camps, you know, people don't know what actually applies to them. So it always comes down to what is your goal, and then we train specifically for that. Okay. Here's an example. If your goal is to put on healthy muscle tissue, right, you want to develop muscle, you want to have that toned look, a good shape that fits in clothes, boot camps won't get you there. You need to do traditional strength training. If your goal is to burn as many calories as possible and that's all you care about, then sure, go to a boot camp class, go for a uh a run, a sprint, a bike ride. You're burning tons of calories. So, but again, it always comes down to what specifically the goal is. And I'm not saying you can't do both. We have clients that do do both of them, which is very healthy because we're working the cardiovascular system, we're burning a healthy amount of calories, they're staying functional, and we're still able to develop healthy muscle tissue. So, again, there's so much information. What is it that you need to be doing? This is what we're gonna help you with. Having accountability. Now, with the app, uh the accountability is a little bit different because we have one-on-one coaching. With our one-on-one coaching, uh, accountability is massive. That is probably the most important thing outside of workouts and nutrition is having somebody check in, make sure you're doing what you're supposed to be doing. So you have multiple touch points a week, you have a Zoom call with your coach every single week as well to go over your check-ins, your metrics. Because not only are we showing you what you're doing, we're teaching you. We're showing you what we're looking at. You know, are you are you lifting enough? Because we track how much you're lifting. Are you keeping the intensity? Are you drinking enough water? What's your sleep look like? You know, so we're looking at a lot of different factors, even hormone panels. You know, we send a lot of our clients to go get a metabolic panel done and make sure that their hormones are right and their blood panels, their lipid panels, their cholesterol. You know, we want to make sure that everything is just as healthy on the inside as it is outside. So having somebody in your corner at all times is very, very valuable to many people. Now, with the app, with what we're doing, we can't do that. Realistically, we can't have one-on-one calls with every single person because I can imagine this is a little more volume, but there has to be some level of accountability. And so we're gonna do it a little bit differently in a group setting. Uh, you will have community chats with access to obviously all the members in the group on top of professionals, myself, our success coaches. There will be other professionals in our space in there as well to answer questions. So again, it's just a it's still accountability, just like one tier down. Uh, the nutrition, the nutrition aspect, most people don't know what to eat, how much to eat. It's confusing. Do you have to eat healthy if you're still eating all the calories that you're supposed to be doing? Should I cook every night? Should I bulk order? Should I meal prep? Uh, what is it? What is it for you? Well, we got to figure that out. Again, it just depends on on your lifestyle. But with our trainings and stuff, it's gonna break all of that down for you. And then mindset and habits. Uh, you know, people burn out because they they just try to go all in. I've done this so many times with some people that I have to actually tell them to slow down. Um, they want to come in, they want to crank the cardio, they want to go six, seven days a week, they want to be on a super rigid plan because people want to see results. And I understand that. My concern is, you know, what happens if you red line a car for too long? The motor will blow. And realistically, people are doing that not only with their physical energy, but their mental energy. You know, they just tap out. They're like, this is too hard. I can't believe people do this, it's not worth it. But nobody told you to do it that way. Everything needs to be a progression. And think of every habit that you compound, every tactic, every skill set is like building that motor to handle more power, to handle more, a higher RPM, a longer red line. You know, you put safeties on it. So again, think of it as building that mental fortitude, but creating those habits is what's gonna make things feel automatic. It's almost like an autonomy where this is just a lifestyle for you, right? That's what you want. You don't want to do another, you know, eight, four, eight-week challenge. You don't want to do, oh, I'm just doing this for the next three months to drop my 20 pounds. You need to think about this in the long term. I I promise you, you guys will be so much more successful if you would actually just extend the timeline to the destination. I'm not saying that you can't drop 20 pounds in the next three to four months. We do it all the time, but don't stop there. I would be looking so much further ahead years down the road, five years, 10 years. I look at this almost like a business. I didn't start my business to, oh, I want to get rich in the next year to retire. I never thought that. I want to build a foundation. I want to build, you know, something that is hard structured, you know, a career, something that I plan on doing for years to come. And when I put it in that kind of context, you know, sure, do I want progress fast? Yeah. But if it's not fast, I'm okay with it because I know I'm just moving in the direction that I need to go. You don't want to put an end. I kind of explain it almost like imagine like chasing a rabbit, right? It's fun at first because you're chasing it, you're chasing it. But imagine if you caught it. The game's over. It's not fun anymore. You'll be looking for the next thing to chase. We enjoy the, that's where it comes like enjoying the journey. You gotta find ways to enjoy the journey. Easier said than done, I understand. But when you have a plan, when you're tracking, it becomes fun. It definitely becomes fun. So again, all these things we have put solutions inside of our app to help you understand how to fix these things. So when it comes to time specifically, we've already pre-built workouts in here, right? Pre-built workouts, whether they're at home, whether it's at the gym, there's no planning, there's no second guessing. You know, we have over 40 plus workouts, individual workouts, over 20 plus workout programs. These programs are anywhere between eight to 16 weeks long that will automatically be scheduled into the app. These programs will notify you every single day, hey, this is what you're supposed to be doing. And you basically click the workout, you start it, there's always a warm-up routine, and then you go into the workouts. And the workouts, it'll have rep ranges, it has videos of me showing you how to do it, descriptions for form, and you just put in the weight of how much that you're lifting. Everything you put in the app, we get to see and we can give you feedback on. So again, no more planning, no more second guessing. You know exactly what you need to do, and this is gonna save you so much time. You don't have to search for different stuff. Uh, and again, we're actually having uh workouts in there that are for people that don't have a lot of time. You need something that's in, you know, 20, 30 minutes. Okay, there's workouts in there for 20, 30 minutes, right? There's no no ex no more excuses, no more excuses. Okay. So we have all of that information in there. We also have we have 16 different ebooks, everything from time management to your mindset to building habits. Uh, we have, you know, what to eat when you're going out, uh, multiple cookbooks. I mean, there's so much in there. We even have an interactive cookbook where you can build your own meal plans based off your calories and uh your macros. And so you can really get super, super creative the more advanced that you get. Uh we have a feature in there now where you can actually use some AI. So you can scan barcodes, you can take a picture of a nutritional fact label, you can even take a picture of food, and it will give you a general idea of how many calories and macros that are in it. Now, there is room for error with that, understandably, right? Because it only knows what it sees. It doesn't understand brands, but it will give you at least some awareness to what you're consuming on a day-to-day. So there's a lot of features in there that can help you, again, not necessarily be so restrictive, but also make sure that you're staying in some really healthy ranges. Um, outside of the ebooks, we have video guides on sleep, uh, walkthroughs on how to manage your time, whether you're using a physical planner or if you like using a Google Calendar, that's my preference because you can do a lot of cool things with that as well. Um, you know, nutrition walkthroughs, workouts, like all of that stuff. So again, it's it's a wealth of information in there to just help you where you need it. So it's not to say you have to watch it all, but it's it's there. Um, you know, the accountability is more in a group setting. So we have a group chat very much set up like Facebook, where people can like, they can post, they can comment. Um, we'll keep you guys up to date with any kind of big coaching calls. Um, we post daily in there. Clients will share wins or maybe questions that they struggle with, but the community comes together, and that's something really, really powerful in itself because many people don't have the support at home that they would like that some people do. So being a part of it and surrounding yourself with the right types of people is really going to speed up the success that you're looking for. And you'll realize that you're you're not alone in this journey. A lot of people think they, you know, people don't understand what I'm going through. Uh, you're just you're around the wrong people, or you're around people that just don't care. And uh, you coming in with us, we know you care and we want to pour into you guys. The the nutritional aspect, when you come in, we will you'll there'll be a form to fill out to give us some some general info and we will customize your calories and macros. We will set you all up for success on where to start based off what you're trying to do. Uh, you can also integrate a lot of stuff with this app. So if you like using MyFitnessPal or Chronometer, you can do that as well. And we have our own internally built in, but if you're used to using yours, you can do that and it'll just automatically pull into our app. If you have a Fitbit, an Apple Watch, an Aura ring, a Garmin watch, anything, you can link it up into our platform and it'll automatically start pulling in that data. Everything from your steps to your sleep to your heart rate, everything. So it is super, super um valuable in that sense to where we can multi-use what you're already using. So it's not like a huge, massive shift in another direction for you. And you don't have to throw away what you already have. Um again, making a lifestyle out of it, outside of all the cool features and things like that, it's really shifting your mindset, how you look at things, creating healthy habits. So, us helping you with your time management, time blocking, your sleep, mitigating stress, your cortisol levels, your hormones, um, having some discipline like these, these are the real valuable ones because this is we're talking longevity here. We're talking, you know, real life scenarios. So, you know, just imagine, you know, you being in a restaurant, right? Instead of stressing, you just open up the app and the guide and know exactly how to stay on track, you know. Or what if you're you know, wasting 30 minutes, an hour, just scrolling on social media, looking for workouts. Uh, you open up an app on your your program, and there it is, you know, it's right there. And the video of me showing you exactly what to do. I mean, you can see how how this is gonna make things so much easier for people. So, again, there's there's so much going involved in this, but it is going to solve so many of your your questions and your issues uh because we're busy. You don't need to take time to research all this stuff. That's my job. That's what I did. And um I want to I want to have myself and my app in your pocket at all times for you to go in and solve any of those issues that you that you may have. Um one thing that I'm also like super passionate about with our with our platform is that we do not utilize any any AI bots. So when you message, when you if you message one of the coaches or myself or in the chat, it is us. I mean, we will even voice note you. This is not no automation, and we pride ourselves on that because I think with AI and all this new um tech features, people are missing out on like real interaction. I think people miss that. I know I enjoy that. I like having you know my coaching calls, I like having conversations with people. I do not want to talk to an AI bot at all. Matter of fact, one of our systems has that feature and it um it asks me if I want to talk to a real, a real tech expert inside of our one of our CRM systems. And I never want to talk to that AI bot. I'm like, yes, put me in with a real person. And um, it's great because we can do video recordings, screen recordings of showing me any questions that I have, they answer them. And we do the same thing with our clients. We do a lot of screen recordings, um, record recordings on coaching calls for you guys to have you know value. If you couldn't make it to the call, we don't want you to lose out on that. So again, you can see there's just a slam pack full of value and and how these can solve so many issues. Now, with us creating this app, I I went a step further. Okay. Let me I kind of want to bring you guys back. If you have heard, if you've been keeping up with me, if you know me, if you've heard some of my older podcasts, um, this past year, I I lost my father. You know, he passed away back in April, um, one day before my birthday, actually, and he had stage four lung cancer. Uh, for the past year, I would take him up to Duke University, which was, you know, roughly four-ish hours uh away to do his chemo treatment. And um, that was it was tough, you know. And and you know, even prior to that, my my mother, she and she's still alive, um, she got diagnosed with not Hodgkin's lymphoma. Um, geez, it's probably 2003, four. And uh originally when she found out, they told her 10 years max. That's all you got. And by the grace of God, she's still here. And um, you know, she had to do some treatments, but now it's a a mainten stage. There's no no cure, but it is something that she does regular blood work and they just make sure things don't get worse. And so um, and then you know, other family members. I mean, cancer has has touched our family in more more ways than than one. And I wanted to do something a little bit different because I I just felt called to it. I've always I always want to help people. I think that's why I'm in this field of work. I I love helping people, changing lives. Um, and so I wanna I wanted to take this platform and utilize it to to give back. And I want you guys to be a part of this with me. So, what I decided to do is for every person that is in our platform, every month you're in, I'm going to donate a dollar to a cancer donation fund at the end of the year. And so at the end of the year, we will see how much we collected, and I will personally match whatever we collected together. So if we collected$1,000, I'm putting in$1,000. We'll probably start it in like within uh two weeks, and uh, and then we'll do a four week run with the beta.
